Alex Mensah's Quirks

Like most people I have certain things I value most and here they are.

1. I value Progress not Perfection: It doesn't matter if you don't get it right just give it your best. I have worked with teams where individuals will not submit something for fear that it will not be right but I just encourage them to get it done rather than getting it perfect. If it's a big task chances are there will be several attempts made on it so why not submit something and them make improvements and resubmit again.

2. I value Reliability: I like being able to rely on people when I need them and I give others that same quality that I wish to see in them. Being dependable is an asset that I love to see in others because the less dependable people are the more trust is lost. At the end of the day "Can I trust you to get this done for me or point me in the right direction to getting it done."

3. I value commitment: If there is a project I am working on with others I want to make sure that we are all committed to that project because I know that we can only truly bring our best work forward if we are all committed to the task. Given that creedance it is important to understand the main objective of the group so that we can all bring our best work forward. I don't like to be in situations where others are not 100% committed to the task because it makes it difficult to accomplish much as not all parties will contribute to the end goal.

These are 3 Quirks that I have but I would say Progress not perfection is my #1 quirk.
